Returns
Returning an Item - If the product you received is the one you ordered but you still wish to return or exchange it, there is no problem. In this case shipment charges will be covered by you. Products must be returned in their original packages and without any damage.
- For customized orders with specific colors, design, measure or any other detail, the return or exchange won’t be possible because the product has been specially made for you. Returning food products is also not possible.
- Once you received your order you have 3 business days to return or exchange the product (s), after that any exchange or return won't be possible.
- In case there is a mistake or a missing product in the order you receive and the mistake was ours, please write to us to contact@lakauta.com. We will exchange or complete the order as soon as possible and pay for shipment.
- When an order is returned Lakauta.com will reimburse the price of the product within 30 days after receiving the package back. However, if the product is damaged, incomplete or dirty, reimbursement will not take place.
- When you purchase any product from Lakauta.com you must be aware that they are hand made products. Therefore, it's not possible that two products look exactly the same. Sometimes there may be small differences between the picture in the web and the product you receive.
- Then the rule of thumb for devolutions is: If there was an error with your order and the fault was ours, then Lakauta.com will assume all the devolution costs. If the order is returned but the mistake wasn’t ours then you will have to assume all the devolution costs.
